How It All Started

My path to Fire Foods didn’t begin with a business idea. It began with a personal shift. After a childhood that lacked stability, I entered adulthood without a clear direction. Things changed when I started going to the gym. Focusing on my health helped me build confidence, and it slowly reshaped the way I saw myself.

When my younger brother asked for help with healthier meals for sports, cooking for him became the highlight of my week. One meal turned into many, and soon I was prepping food for others. I didn’t see it as a business at the time, but it was the first spark of what would eventually become Fire Foods.

Never Give Up!


My first try at meal prep grew quicker than I expected, and because I rushed into it, I didn’t have the right permits. Regulators came in, tossed my meals, and shut the whole thing down. It was painful and embarrassing, especially after finally finding something that felt meaningful.

I didn't give up! I chose to rebuild from the ground up. I got licensed, learned the rules, and restarted with more structure and intention. Fire Foods grew out of that decision to keep learning, keep improving, and create meals that help people feel better in their everyday lives.

On the wall is a mural of a lioness, hands, a flame, and a phoenix that reflects the courage, resilience, and rebirth at the center of my story.
